Uganda: What Action Will Police Take Against Arua DPC?

After the drama which followed his prompt airlifting of NRM supporters in the aftermath of the Ntungamo poll violence, Ugandans are watching to see how police chief Kale Kayihura deals with the repugnant behaviour of the DPC Arua, Mr Jonathan Musinguzi.

It is absolutely disgraceful that this officer of the law could suffer such a total loss of good judgement. His blatant lapse into an ugly display of political partisanship, breaking the law as he outrageously tried to deny accident victims who were travelling in FDC presidential candidate Kizza Besigye's team access to treatment, is as heinous an act as you can get.
