Kenya: Mandera, Garissa and Wajir Excel in KCPE

DESPITE long spells without teachers and persistent insecurity, the Garissa, Wajir and Mandera counties performed well in this year's Kenya Certificate of Primary Education exam.

The counties posted improved mean scores in the results released by Education Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang'i yesterday.
