Egypt Condemns Terror Attack On Saudi Mosque

Egypt condemned Friday's terror attack on a mosque in the Saudi governorate of Al Ahsaa.

A statement issued by the Foreign Ministry on Friday 29/01/2016 denounced such abhorrent attacks that aim to destabilize Saudi Arabia and terrorize its peaceful people.

The statement reiterated Egypt's firm stance rejecting and condemning all forms of terrorism and violence, and called on the international community to unite all efforts to eliminate terrorism.

Two persons were killed and seven others injured on Friday after a suicide bomber blew himself up at a mosque in the Saudi governorate of Al Ahsaa.

Another attacker wearing an explosive belt was arrested after clashes with Saudi policemen.
