Malanje — The damage to public property and piles of garbage in front of residences will deserve stiffer fines from the Government of northern Malanje province, announced Saturday here the governor Norberto dos Santos "Kwata Kanawa".
Speaking at the launch of the clean-up campaign which covers the city of Malanje and surroundings, the governor said that local administrations have the go ahead to enforce fines to those who cut trees and damage public property.
