Egypt: Russian Parliament Speaker Sees Big Potential for Moscow-Cairo Cooperation

Russian parliamentary Speaker Sergei Naryshkin said on Friday he assessed his January visit to Egypt positively and saw much potential for joint cooperation.

"I can assess the results of this visit as quite positive. There was open dialogue with our colleagues - Egyptian parliamentarians and the country's president on the broadest range of issues of bilateral relations and on key issues on the international agenda," Naryshkin told the RT television channel, stressing that issues of regional and global security were the most important.
