Nigeria: Synagogue - Court Dismisses Engineers' Applications, Fixes Feb 18 for Arraignment

A Lagos High Court in Ikeja yesterday dismissed two separate applications filed by the two engineers, who constructed the collapsed six-storey building belonging to Synagogue Church of All Nation (SCOAN), seeking to stop their prosecution, for lacking in merit.

Justice Lateef Lawal-Akapo has also fixed February 18, 2016 for the arraignment of the engineers, Oladele Ogundeji and Akinbela Fatiregun and trustees of the church.
