Nigeria: Illegal Oil Bunkering - Court Orders Arrest of 3 Russians for Jumping Bail

Justice Ibrahim Buba of a Federal High Court in Lagos yesterday ordered the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to arrest three Russians for jumping bail while facing trial over alleged involvement in oil bunkering.

The judge ordered that the foreigners, Artur Pakhladzhian, Vitaliy Bilours and Hlarion Regipor, should be re-arrested and be remanded in prison custody till the next sitting of the court.
