Kano — Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Audu Ogbeh, yesterday said Nigeria had been importing dairy products worth over $1.3billion annually, a situation he said the present government won't continue to tolerate.
Speaking during a courtesy visit to Kano State Governor Umar Abdullahi Ganduje, the minister said the current economic situation, money expended on importation ought to be earned by hard working Nigerian farmers and not countries where the dairy products were being imported from.
