The livestock of 12 families evicted from a farm belonging to a Namibian diplomat have been put up for auction to recover alleged losses incurred due to their occupation of the property.
According to a local newspaper, the New Era, approximately 500 animals being held on the farm, which is said to be the property of Namibia's High Commissioner to Nigeria, Peinghondjabi Shipoh, will be auctioned off on Friday, February 19.
