Tanzania: Three Killed in Gun Fire Exchange With Police

The Police in Arusha Region have shot and killed three people in Engosheraton area of Unga-Limited, south of the city. Earlier they were suspected to be robbers but reports indicated they were possibly terrorists.

Regional Police Commander Mr Liberatus Sabas told reporters that his force was able to identify only one of the three victims of last weekend's shoot-out. He named one of the deceased as Athuman Ramadhan aged 26 who used to be also known as "Kasimu."
