Nigeria: Man Burnt to Death As Opposition PDP, Ruling APC Clash in Rivers State

A heavy clash has ensued between supporters of the ruling Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Rivers State and the opposition All Progressives Congress, APC, in Buguma Town in Asari-Toru Local Government Area.

This Monday afternoon, the political differences between the two major political parties in the state deepened as their supporters resulted into a free for all at the Buguma.

A source who related the developmemt to Vangaurd from hiding said Buguma city has already been deserted, adding that there is a serious crossfire going on.

The source said that several people have already been feared dead, adding that so many others have sustained various degrees of injury.

The source confidently said a middle aged man was set ablaze in Bama area of the LGA.
