Liberia: Minister Gyude Moore Narrowly Escapes Death, Responding To Treatment at JFK, Pres Sirleaf Visits Recovering Minister

Public Works Minister, William Gyude Moore narrowly escaped death while jogging in Congo Town along Tubman Boulevard after a speeding vehicle ran into him on Decoration Day. He suffered minor injuries.

According to an Executive Mansion release, the incident occurred early Wednesday morning. Minister Moore was immediately rushed to the John F. Kennedy Memorial Centre (JFK) in Monrovia where he is responding to treatment.
