Cabinda — The National Demining Institute (INAD) has ended the demining works it was doing in the high voltage cables spot in Malembo Municipality, northern Cabinda Province, corresponding to an area of 136 kilometres.
The information was given last Tuesday to the press, in Cabinda City, by Francisco Luemba, a local INAD official, who explained that this work was carried out in the year 2015.
