Sudan: Population of South Kordofan 'Victims of Both Sides'

Nuba Mountains — Both the Sudanese government and the rebel Sudan People's Liberation Movement-North (SPLM-N) are reportedly assaulting people in South Kordofan.

Both the Sudanese government and the SPLM-N are targeting tribes and individuals in the state on the basis of ethnicity, a workshop on the effects of the civil war on the population of South Kordofan, held in Khartoum on Monday, concluded.
