Nigeria: Gunmen Kidnap Army Colonel

Kaduna — An army Colonel serving with the Nigerian Army School of Infantry, Jaji in Kaduna State, Samaila Inusa, was late Saturday abducted by gunmen.

A statement from the Deputy Director, Army Public Relations‎, Colonel Usman Abdul, said the incident took place around Kamazo near the NNPC junction in Kaduna‎ on Saturday at about 7.30pm.

He said the abductors were in the officer's black Mercedes Benz GLK with registration number: Abuja KUJ 154 TZ.

He appealed for useful information or assistance to get the abductors and urged members of the public to call 08033865572, 08030489203‎, 08023445961, 07038025282, 08058130703 for any information on the incident.
