A fourth border post between Zimbabwe and its western neighbour, Botswana, may finally be constructed, nine years after the plan was initially put together.
In early 2000, Zimbabwe and Botswana signed an agreement to set up another port of entry, the Mlambapheli/Mmamabaka Border Post, in Gwanda South to ease the movement of people between the two landlocked countries and effectively control the spread of the foot and mouth disease (FMD).
