Tunis, — United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon Tuesday said reducing cumbersome bureaucratic procedures and increasing women's participation in the labour force will help boost employability in Tunisia.
There is need to devise targeted policies to address the mismatch between the number of graduates and the number of suitable jobs, he said on the sidelines of the closing session of the first phase of the National Dialogue on Employment.
