Luanda — The International Monetary Fund (IMF) will support Angola through the implementation of a complementary programme to strategy focused on diversification of economy to move out of crisis caused by falling oil prices, said a note from Finance Ministry.
According to the source, the IMF support is a response to a request by Angolan government that will work with the international organisation on planning and implementation of policies and reforms to improve macroeconomic and financial stability, in particular through tax discipline.
