Uganda: Supreme Court Fell Short of Inquiring Into the Petition

With humility, I would like to remind the honourable justices of the Supreme court that they got the power to make the recent verdict in the Amama Mbabazi electoral petition from Article 126(1) of the Constitution.

This states that judicial power is derived from the people, and the same power is also exercised in the name of the people. So, when people like me cite some absurd scenarios in their verdict, I am not necessarily acting off the legal course.
