Crown Beverages Limited, makers of Pepsi-Cola products in Uganda, has laid off 55 employees, in what the company described as "adopting a new management structure".
In a statement, the company said: "A total of 55 employees have been adversely affected. As part of the changes, the previously-combined sales and marketing department has been split into two functions - sales and marketing."
