Kigali — Operators within the region will be required to re-negotiate their bilateral agreements to ensure the full implementation of the One-Network Area in plans to expand into a One Africa Network involving addition of other countries.
In his speech, Rwanda IT minister, Jean Philbert Nsengimana of Rwanda, welcomed the delegations and said the initiative that was initially deployed in Rwanda, Kenya, Uganda and South Sudan and is a major factor regional integration.
