Angola: New Law to Regulate Expropriation of Land Plots

Luanda — A bill that outlines the principles and procedures to follow in land plots expropriation processes, for public interest, last Wednesday was approved by the Cabinet Council and soon will be submitted to the National Assembly (Angolan Parliament).

The Expropriation Bill is intended to contribute to a better urban organisation of the country.
