Nigeria: Saraki Files Fresh Appeal Against Tribunal Chair at Appeal Court

Senate President Bukola Saraki has again appealed the decision of the chairman Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT), Justice Danladi Umar to disqualify himself from his trial.

In the notice at the Court of Appeal, Abuja, Saraki argues that Justice Umar erred in law by single-handedly clearing himself to continue the trial despite the EFCC letter of 24th June 2014 seeking further directives from the Attorney General of the Federation to investigate him on alleged bribery.
