Nigeria: Estate Surveyors Urge Fashola to Pursue Land Administration Amendment

With the dearth of housing supply and rising demand, estate surveyors and valuers have urged the Federal Government to ease land administration by reviewing and enacting title registration laws in the country.

The surveyors, under the umbrella of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), in a proposal to the Minister of Power, Works and Housing, Mr. Babatunde Fashola, said that the Land Use Act has posed challenges to land administration in the country.
