Nigeria: World Book Day - Centre, Unicef Donate Materials to FCT IDPs

To commemorate the 2016 World Book Day, Devatop Centre for Africa Development with support from the United Nations Children Fund (UNICEF) has donated educational materials to internally displaced children in Abuja.

The director of the centre, Mr Joseph Osuigwe, said this year's World Book Day celebration, tagged "FCT Book Drive for Internally Displaced Children" was meant to encourage reading and writing among the children, by providing basic educational materials to them.
