Uganda: Army to Court - Sejusa Retirement Can Cause Chaos

According to the army, Gen David Sejusa is still an active UPDF soldier because in November 2014 he applied to be discharged, but not to retire.

This assertion was made by senior state attorney George Karemeera on May 6 in response to Sejusa's claim in the High court that he was constructively-discharged from the army when he was denied a salary and other allowances.
