The Ogun State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party on Tuesday held three separate congresses to elect its executive committee, rekindling an over seven-year-old crisis in the party.
The elections were held by factions loyal to a former governor of the state, Gbenga Daniel; a former Speaker of the House of Representatives, Dimeji Bankole; and the senator representing Ogun East Senatorial District, Buruji Kashamu, respectively.
