Tanzania: Hapa Kazi Tu

opinion

Change or get extinct. Changes are unpredictable, irresistible, and ... Human beings always crave or prone for changes even when they are not prepared for such changes. Change is a universal subject and it touches all aspects of life like growth, politics, governance, societies, business, religion, education, etc. Generally speaking, only dead people are immune to change. Living organisms are sensitive to change by either responding or reacting. In my opinion, The two determine their destiny of continuity or discontinuity (extinct).

People both ask and demand for changes in the way politics, government, religion, education etc is/are done. For instance, The Israelites asked for a change on their regular meals to manna and quarels, they asked from Theocracy leadership to Monarchy, and interesting The good Lord provided them with a "red signal" even when it was not His intent, as it goes with our African Proverbs; Mtoto akililia wembe mpe.

With the wake of the so called Demo Cracy, Tanzanian's are and other countries are not immune to changes whether by cooperation or by coercion. And to properly govern you need the two apparatus to be in full gear to make sure you harvest the Motto of "Hapa Kazi Tu! Congratulation to our current President Dr. John Joseph Pombe Magufuli for tactically implementing the two painful apparatus to bring changes in our country. And remember changes as growth is very painful to ensure you attain motion and maintain it at a certain desired momentum.

Not going much in detail, I simply say be prepared for change for it is inevitable, irresistible, and unpredictable in life in all areas. Whether change is healthy or unhealthy, welcome or unwelcome, it is there to give you two options in my opinion, respond and continue to live/exist or react and become extinct! Learn to adapt when you face changes. Oh Yes, sometimes it is wise to be a chameleon without changing your substance. Read the writings on the wall. Live life with curiosity, be curious with sensitivity to your environment. Smell the cheese(opportunities) to distinguish the old cheese and the new cheese(new OPPORTUNTIES). Changes are like challenges, they are the Mother of discoveries, creativities, innovations and inventions. They are the Mother of Civilization. You either change through adaptation or be swept out by the waves of Change and become extinct, the Choice Is on your fingertips!
