Nigeria: Al-Makura, Ortom, Akume, Pay Tribute As Nasarawa Monarch Is Buried

The remains of the paramount ruler of Keana Chiefdom in Nasarawa state, HRH Sen Emmanuel O. Elayo was yesterday laid to rest at the Amiri Royal Cemetary amids glowing tributes from his subjects and eminent Nigerians.

Nasarawa State governor, Umaru Tanko Almakura, who attended the requiem mass presided by the bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Lafia, described the late monarch as an embodiment of economic entrepreneurship.
