South Africa: Road Traffic Management On Court Case Between Enatis and Tasima

The long running legal dispute between Tasima and the Department of Transport is to be heard by the Constitutional Court in Johannesburg tomorrow (24 May 2016).

The Minister of Transport, MP, Honourable Dipuo Peters and Transport MEC's from all provinces are expected in court to hear legal arguments on the legality of the contract giving Tasima the right to continue operating the electronic national transport information system (eNatis) which is the official register for all vehicles, driving licences, and contraventions.
