The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr Geoffrey Onyeama, yesterday said the federal government is planning to sign visa-free pacts with a bloc of eight African countries to promote economic partnership.
The minister did not disclose the countries but expressed concern that trade among African countries had been very low.
