Zimbabwe: Man Pushes Aunt to Death, Acquitted of Murder Charges

A 29 year old man who allegedly pushed his ex-wife's aunt in a fight over a baby, resulting in the woman falling unconscious and later dying was on Monday acquitted after the state withdrew murder charges.

Tinashe Mpofu, of Mkoba 3, pushed Felicia Jani who fell on the sofa in a scuffle over the custody of a two month old baby.
