Nigeria: FG Presents Scorecard ... Says Bad Economy Not Excuse for Failure

Abuja — Three days to the first year anniversary of its Federal Government, yesterday, presented its mid-term scorecard for the past 12 months, saying the present economic challenges facing the country were not enough excuse for failure in fulfilling electoral promises.

Presenting the scorecard yesterday, at a meeting with a team of ministers and the Broadcasting Organization of Nigerian, BON, in Abuja, the Minister of information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, said the administration had made giant strides in the three key areas of its campaign.
