The commission of inquiry into the Uganda National Roads Authority (Unra) recommends the prosecution of 90 top officials and recovery of a misappropriated Shs 4 trillion. This is detailed in a 1,300-page report released after a six-month investigation.
The officials recommended for prosecution include Peter Ssebanakitta and Ssebbugga Kimeze, both former executive directors of Unra.
