Between April 10 and 12, I could not leave my home since Entebbe road had been unremorsefully closed for any other user other than foreign visitors and those in power.
On one hand, the state had a reason given the 2011 experience where stones were thrown at visiting heads of states but, on the other, they should have upgraded all the feeder roads well in advance to avoid such unnecessary inconveniences.
