It was the same old winning style for Police Handball Club as they edged ES Kigoma 37-27 as the second round of the national championship resumed on Saturday. The law enforcers had beaten Kigoma 30-15 in their last match of the first round and the story deferred only on the scores.
The defending champions scored 16 goals in the first half against 12 for the visitors, with the former netting 21 times in either half. Captain Gilbert Mutuyimana and Zachary Tuyishime scored eight goals each to guide Police to their 10th win of the championship with 30 maximum points.
