Kampala — For the 11th time since the national league's inception in 1968, and the third in four years, KCCA hoisted the title amidst jubilation at Nakivubo Stadium on Friday.
The first ever managerial title for their coach Mike Mutebi was, however, won in a season of patchiness; a campaign where the eventual champions - KCCA - scored just 39 goals to end on 57 points. Vipers won it with 69 points last year, scoring a paltry 42 goals.
