The African, Caribbean and Pacific (ACP) group of states is redefining itself with a view to chart a new way forward when the Cotonou Agreement expires in 2020, Foreign Affairs Minister Simbarashe Mumbengegwi said yesterday.
The Cotonou Agreement is a partnership between the ACP and the European Union that guides relations among members of the two blocs.
