Dar es Salaam — Recent reports on Rwanda expelling over 1,500 Burundians in the past week cast yet another dark cloud on the region. There are fears East Africa could be poised for round 2 of a major showdown - this time pitting Rwanda against Burundi.
Round 1 was all about the Jakaya Kikwete-Paul Kagame feud that followed the former Tanzanian president's utterance at an African Union meeting in Addis Ababa in May 2013.
