The Office of the Attorney-General and the Department of Justice has weak internal financial controls, which made it difficult to account for about Sh300 million in the last financial year.
In a report tabled in the National Assembly, Auditor-General Edward Ouko said the integrity of the information used to prepare the office's financial statements was doubtful.
