We need more time to prepare our submissions on the impact of those decisions. We are proposing to appear on Thursday," said Paul Lelan, who is jointly representing Mr Tunoi with lawyer Fred Ngatia.Mr Ngatia did not appear for Tuesday's session. The tribunal chairman, Mr Sharad Rao, also asked Mr Tunoi's lawyer's to deliberate on the "fate of the evidence" already presented before the tribunal."Also incorporate the submissions you would like to make on the evidence. We don't want extra sittings about the evidence. Incorporate that on Thursday," he said.
