THE sectoral report on construction done on the four main towns of Windhoek, Swakopmund, Walvis Bay and Ongwediva and released by the Namibian Statistics Agency last Friday shows that the composite buildings completed index increased to 216,1 basis points during July 2015 from 148,6 points recorded in the previous month.
While this represents an increase of 45,5% month-on-month, it shows a decrease of 31,7% year-on-year.
