The team doctor of The Gambia U-20 side has assured Gambians not to worry when it comes to the health situation of the players. Kalifa Manneh was speaking ahead of the team's adeparture to Dakar where they will play an international friendly with neighbors Senegal on Sunday.
"We are very fortunate that Gambian players are very lucky that [the players are very healthy and intelligent] in terms of their health status, which is very important to me," said Karl who has more than a decade working experience with the country's different national football teams.
