Ghana: Govt Starts Process to Amend Article 112 of Ghana's Constitution

The Government has started the process of amending Article 112 of the 1992 Constitution of the country to enable Parliamentary and Presidential elections to be held on the first Monday of November on every election year.

The process begun on Tuesday, when the Deputy Attorney General and Minister of Justice, Dr Dominic Ayine, presented the Constitution (Amendment) Bill 2016 to Parliament.
