Nigeria: Nwokocha-Ahaiwe Withdraws Suit Seeking Buhari's Disqualification

An Abuja-based lawyer, Nnamdi Nwokocha-Ahaiwe, has withdraw the suit seeking disqualification of President Muhammadu Buhari from the 2015 Presidential Poll for allegedly not possessing requisite education qualification.

Nwokocha-Ahaaiwe had in his suit argued that President Buhari was not qualified to run for president because he did not possess the minimum qualification to run for the office. He is alleging that Buhari did not sit for the Cambridge West African School Certificate ( in 1961.
