Sudan: Council of Ministers Approves Bill On Insurance Control Act

Khartoum — The Council of Ministers, chaired by the First Vice - President, Lt. Gen. Bakri Hassan Salih, ratified in its regular meeting Thursday the bill of the Insurance Control Act for the year 2016, which was presented at the meeting by the State Minister at the Ministry of Finance.

The spokesman of the Council of Ministers, Dr. Omer Mohamed Salih, said that the act aims for providing appropriate atmosphere for promoting the insurance activities, protecting the national economy, enhancing the insurance industry and protecting persons and properties.
