Lubango — The Protocol Personalities Protection Police Unit (UPIP) plays a decisive role in the security of national and foreign entities, hailed on Thursday in Lubango city by the deputy governor of Huíla for technical and infrastructural affairs, Nuno Mahapi Ndala.
He said so when addressing at the act that marked the 23 years of the creation of the unit. At the time, the official said that the UPIP, according to its mission, has ensured the lives of several government entities.
