Liberia: Codra, LCSP Launch Social Accountability Project

As part of government's Integrated Public Financial Management Reform Project (IPFMRP), two civil society organizations, Community Development and Research Agency (CODRA), and Liberian Children's Schooling Project (LCSP), have launched a social accountability project in Gbarnga, Bong County.

Making remarks at the ceremony at the weekend, the heads of the two implementing bodies, Lassanah Dukuly and Dr. Mogana Flomo Sr. said the project is intended to increase citizens' participation in monitoring government's spending in the drive to ensure transparency and accountability.
