Uganda: Kigongo, Olive High Court Fight Shifts to House

The protracted court battle between NRM vice chairman Moses Kigongo and Olive Kigongo of the Uganda National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (UNCCI) has taken a new twist, with the latter further exposing personal details, writes DERRICK KIYONGA.

To prove she is married to Moses Kigongo, Olive Kigongo has filed in court several correspondences written over 14 years in which the former referred to her as his wife. The duo is currently fighting in the High court over possession of their residential house in Kololo, which Olive claims to be her matrimonial home. But Moses wants her out of it.
