Kenya: Govt Maintains Power Connections Fees Remain Sh15,000

Nairobi — The Government has maintained that the connectivity fee in the country for Kenyans living within 600 metres away from a transformer remains Sh15,000.

Energy Cabinet Secretary Charles Keter speaking during the ongoing State House Energy Summit has however pointed out that the cost may increase depending with the distance from a transformer.
